I AM MiMo - Milano Mobile Film Festival

MiMo - Milan Mobile Film Festival is the 1st film event in Italy dedicated to works - videos and photos - made exclusively with mobile devices - smartphones - tablets - action cameras - drones

He has participated in major international festivals, winning awards at Locarno - Turin - Rome - Telluride - Mumbai - Newport - Sao Paulo - Aspen - San Francisco and candidate with four nominations at the David di Donatello.

As a producer was awarded the Camera d'Or at the 2012 Rome Film Festival and won a Silver Ribbon.
Amidei Prize 2005 for the best screenplay for the film Fame Chemistry.
Creator with Godfrey Reggio of the project for the new cultural center Fabrica of
Benetton, which will become an associate director in 1994 and 1995.
Co-founder in 1980 with Silvano Cavatorta Filmmaker (the first Italian festival dedicated to young authors).
Teacher at ' Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, New Technologies to' Catholic University, the CISA Lugano (film school, where he was director from 2006 to 2008) and the National Film School .
Member of the Scientific Committee of the Solinas Prize and is a member of the Film Commission of Culture and Entertainment Department of the Canton of Ticino (Switzerland).

    Participation in the MiMo Mobile Milano Film Festival is free .
    Each applicant can submit one unpublished work and not yet published by category .
    The foreign-language films must be subtitled in english or Italian.
    The works must be accomplished only through mobile devices, but the assembly can also be made by desk / PC applications.

    It is the responsibility of producers, distributors or other parties to ensure that they are legally authorized to participate in the Festival . By entering their work at the Festival , the participant declares holder of all rights and copyright (including any co-authors), including those relating to any material inserted in his work.

    The Festival will not be held responsible for the unauthorized incorporation of any copyrighted material within the work presented.

    The material sent will be kept in the archives of MiMo Milano Mobile Film Festival , and will not be returned .

    The Festival reserves the right to disqualify any film containing any unauthorized incorporation of copyrighted materials.

    PERMITS

    By entering the Festival you accept the regulation and authorizes Milano Mobile Film Festival:
    - utilize their own contributions for projections and TV shows for promotional purposes
    - retain a copy of the film in its archives

    - Film and shorts (preferably below 12 min.) - all kinds
    - 60 seconds eg. commercial spots, social commercials or fantasy - for Instagram - time lapse
    - Animation animated cartoon - stop motion
    - Documentaries Docufilm - es. Social environmental complaint
    - VideoClip production of a video Original Music
    - Soundtrack Original music for film and theater - realized not only with mobile device - preferably below 12 min. - Main Theme from
    - Photo Pictures taken with mobile devices
    - Best smart selfies best selfies creative original smart
    - Special Section Students . Secondary Schools - issues like: eg. Homosexuality youth problems with bullying drug complaint - Clear Case.
