I AM CINE LIBRE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

El Festival Cine Libre en su segunda versión es organizado por la Corporación Cine Libre, entidad sin ánimo de lucro, creada con el fin de promover la cultura y la difusión del Cine. Se realizará en el municipio de Fredonia – Antioquia, Colombia. Del 23 al 26 de Noviembre de 2017.
Las películas seleccionadas serán exhibidas en los horarios y lugares que figuren en la programación y en la Fan Page Oficial www.facebook.com/cinelibrefest

La inscripción de obras al FECILI 2017 es totalmente gratuita.
El Festival Cine Libre es Autónomo, y su nombre proviene del pueblo que lo acoge FREDONIA, El nombre de Fredonia fue sugerido en su fundación refiriéndose a la palabra Freedom que significa Libertad! .Esta libertad da paso a que FECILI se convierta en un festival multicultural articulando el Teatro, la Poesía, la Pintura, la Fotografía, el Muralismo, la Danza, la Caricatura y otros más. Somos un abanico que se abre para darle paso a otras vivencias y donde Fredonia podrá disfrutar de una gran diversidad de público y cultura, conectados a un mundo mágico llamado Festival Cine Libre – FECILI.

The Cine Libre Second Festival it is organized by Corporación Cine Libre, it´s born as a cultural initiative within a nonprofit organization lead by young people with a clear objective: to spread the Colombian, Latin-
American and International cinematographic productions. Our festival will take place this year from November 23 to November 26.

The selected movies will be projected in the hours that appears in the festival schedule and in our official website www.facebook.com/cinelibrefest
The registration of works at FECILI 2017 is totally free.

The name of our festival comes from the town that have by name FREDONIA the town where have place FECILI, this name means Freedom and for that reason this event becomen in a multicultural festival Exposing in addition of cinema, art of theater, photography, poetry, muralism, among others. We are a fan or spectrum that´s open the way to anothers experiences and where Fredonia could enjoy alot of diversity on culture, public, people, all this conected to a wanderfull world called Festival Cine Libre-FECILI

Awards

    1-Podrán participar en el festival personas de cualquier nacionalidad siempre y cuando hayan cumplido los 18 años.

    2-RUEDALIBRE CORTOMETRAJES (En Competencia)
    Se aceptan exclusivamente cortometrajes producidos con fecha posterior al 01 de enero de 2016

    Corto Ficción: entre 1 y 30 minutos de duración Créditos Incluidos sin excepciones.

    Corto Documental: entre 1 y 30 minutos de duración. Créditos Incluidos sin excepciones.

    Corto Experimentación Libre: (experimental y animación) entre 1 y 30 minutos de duración. Créditos Incluidos sin excepciones.

    Dentro de la convocatoria RUEDALIBRE se dará una mención especial en cuanto a creatividad con Titulación y Créditos.

    3-MUESTRA CENTRAL CINE LIBRE
    Se aceptan Largometrajes (Ficción/Documental/Animación) fuera de competencia en las categorías Internacional/Cine Colombiano. Producidos a partir de 01 de enero de 2016.

    *Categoría Internacional: Solo se aceptan Largometrajes que sean Producidos en un país diferente a Colombia o que tengan una co-producción “Colombia – Internacional”.

    *Categoría Cine Colombiano: Solo se aceptan Largometrajes, realizados por personas con nacionalidad Colombiana.

    Largometrajes: entre 40 y 120 minutos de duración créditos incluidos sin excepciones.

    4- MUESTRA GUARCITOS (Cine Erótico)
    Solo se aceptan Largometrajes y Cortometrajes que trabajen el tema erótico desde un enfoque artístico y no pornográfico. Producidos a partir de 01 de enero de 2016.

    Cortometrajes: entre 5 y 30 minutos de duración créditos incluidos sin excepciones.
    Largometrajes: entre 40 y 120 minutos de duración créditos incluidos sin excepciones.

    5-Muestra SENUFANÁES (Post Conflicto)
    Solo se aceptan cortometrajes realizados por personas con nacionalidad Colombiana, relacionados con el post-conflicto de la guerra en Colombia.
    Cortometrajes: entre 5 y 15 minutos de duración créditos incluidos sin excepciones.
    Producidos a partir de 01 de enero de 2016.

    6- Dos obras es el número máximo permitido de envíos por cada persona.

    7- Podrán participar todos aquellos productores o realizadores que posean todos los derechos sobre las obras que presentan.

    8-Las obras se presentarán en su idioma original. En el caso de una versión distinta al español, deberá disponer de sub-títulos en español o inglés.

    9-No se aceptan Largometrajes o Cortometrajes que se encuentren disponibles para el público en internet (se realizará verificación en el proceso de selección).

    10-Los trabajos pueden haber participado en otras convocatorias.

    REGULATIONS

    1 – To participate you must be 18 years old.

    2 -RUEDALIBRE CORTOMETRAJES (In competition)
    Short Films will only be accepted if they were produced after january 1st - 2016.

    Short Film: between 1 and 30 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

    Short Film Documentary : between 1 and 30 minutes lenght/ Credits included no exceptions.

    Short Film Free Experimental Category: (experimental and animation) between 1 and 30 minutes lenght/ Credits included no exceptions.

    During the RUEDA LIBRE application process there will be a creativity award for opening and ending credits

    3- A Central Show of Independent and National Films

    Long Films will be accepted in the following categories (Fiction/Documentary/Animation) for non-competion purposes for Films produced after january 1th - 2016.

    *Internacional Category: Forein independent films co-produced in coperation with Colombia or independtely will be accepted.

    *Colombian Film Category: Films produced by people from Colombia will only be accepted.

    In this Category will only accept Feature Films between 40 and 120 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

    4- GUARCITOS SHOW (Erotic Films)
    Erotic Films in the short and long category films will only be accepted if they are produced after january 1st - 2016.

    Short Films: between 5 and 30 minutes lenght / credits included no exceptions.

    Feature Films: between 40 and 120 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

    5- SENUFANAES SHOW ( Post Conflict)
    Post Conflict films produced by people from Colombia who are related with the post-conflict and the war in Colombia will be accepted.

    Short Films: between 5 and 15 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.
    Produced after january 1st - 2016.

    6- The maximun number of work allowed by person will be 2.

    7- Only those producers with copyrights will be allowed to participate.

    8- All the works will be presented in their original language, it should have subtitles in either Spanish or English.

    9- Works currently available on the internet will be not accepted. (All works will be cheeked during the procces).

    10- All participatiny films could also have participated in other festivals.
