The Norwegian International Seagull Short Film and Game Festival is a IMDB Award Listing Qualifier

At the Festival 2018 we screene over 150 films under 60 min and 12 international games. We had a Live award show with Hollywood super Star Hector Bustamante.

The Norwegian International Seagull Short Film Festival is a Film Festival with live screening, the festival also have a Live streamed award show.

The Main host for 2019 is internasional Award winner Hector Luis Bustamante from Hollywood

We accept films/animations/documentary under 60 min. We also have a category called Best International Game.

Over the course of three days all finalists from the film categories will be screened, and the games can be played.

The awards ceremony will be streamed, to enable the competitors and anyone else interested to follow the event live.. .

    All those who sign up hereby give permission for the festival to showcase the films at the annual Festival.

    All submitter must have a film/game poster, trailer and must let TNISSFF allowed to download the film/game/trailer/poster for media use.

    All film and sound is displaying is for the public and all rights is the submitter responsible to have in order. TNISSFF do not take any form of responsibility for submitted material as film/clips/Sounds/audio/games/photo/pictures/logos and so on.

    All Finalist must send the film as DCP/MP4 with English subtitles. Only films under 60 min are accepted. Any type of games for any console is accepted.

    Films must be produced after 2014. Games must be produced after 2014. If the film/Game is not sendt to us after you have received email from filmfreeway.com about official Selection or similar then will the Film /Game nomination will be cancel and no refunds.

    This is not a monthly winner system, but a Yearly official International film festival winner.

    Multiple entries are allowed.

    The official selections and finalist will be announced at our facebook page and our webpage. We will also show The Official trailer of the film and game on our facebook page and website.

    Best International Game (Rules)
    To recognize the best independent video game developers.

    Best game participants receive:

    - Free booth to showcase their games ( Limited numbers of spots, let us know if you want to come)
    - Free access pass to Seagull Short Film festival
    - A chance to win the trophy and valuable prizes from our sponsors

    Criteria for submission:

    1. For PC or console (Xbox/PS4/Switch)
    2. Must be an independent game studio (Company is independent with the majority owned by the team. Team has sold less than 50% of the company to outside investors)
    4. At least 50% of the submitted game IP must to be owned by the development team.

    No refunds with canceling of the Film or Game.

    All Finalist will get an Official Selection Diploma before the Live Final Event.
    The winner in every category gets signed diplomas as well as a specially made trophy, at the value of 650 Euro. We send it to you for only a cost of 15 Euro, but that's only for the postservice . So you don't have to pay for the trophy or Diploma..
