    NIKON France SAS organizes from 01/10/2018 to 14/02/2019 23h59, a contest, free and without obligation of purchase, creation of HD video titled "NIKON FILM FESTIVAL" via the website www.festivalnikon.fr .

    Each principal director will be able to download one or more videos, of a duration included between 120 and 140 seconds included and in a format High Definition (Size of the image: 720 lines minimum) in French version or subtitled in French, respecting the theme "I AM SHARING". Any video that does not meet its conditions will be excluded from the Contest.

    The same video can be co-directed by up to two participants. In this case, one of them will designate himself at the time of the inscription as "principal laureate".

    The Participant warrants that the proposed video is original and that it is the sole holder of the intellectual property rights attached to this video. As such, the Participant will make the case of the authorizations of all third parties who directly or indirectly participated in its realization and / or who would consider having any right to assert in its regard, including their right to the image, and assume the charge any resulting payments.

    Ten (10) prizes will be awarded: Grand Jury Prize, Canal + Prize, Media Awards, Staging Award, Photography Prize, Women's Interpretation Prize, Male Interpretation Award, Best Soundtrack Award , School Prizes and Audience Awards.
