I AM Festival Internacional de Cine Indígena de Wallmapu

One of the main goals of the festival is to create a space for Indigenous and Non Indigenous peoples to meet and exchange ideas in an environment of respect for cultural diversity through audiovisual production, which allows Indigenous and Non-Indigenous men and women video and film producers to exhibit and disseminate audiovisual works on relevant topics for Indigenous Peoples. . .

    11) New audiovisual indigenous languages (experimental cinema, video-dance, music video, film art, new narratives, among others)
    12) Indigenous cinema and video pichikeche (Children)
    13) Wallmapu: recognition to filmmaker and / or indigenous teams

    Special mention
    This year, within the framework of the International Year of Indigenous Languages, the festival jury will award a special mention to the film that stands out in the area "Linguistic Revitalization" in Indigenous People's films.
