I AM ART&TUR - International Tourism Film Festival

The Festival of Tourism Promotion Films, Travel Videos, Documentaries, Television, Vloguers, Corporate and Web TV.

More than a Tourism Film Festival, ART&TUR is a global competition dedicated to the recognition of excellence in all audiovisual content related to the promotion of tourism and Branded content from different areas on an international scale.

Where business and creativity meet.
ART&TUR Festival brings together leading professionals from Tourism, communications departments, marketing, advertising and broadcasting companies from many parts of the world mix with creative people from audiovisual production and agencies providing an excellent networking forum for all attendees.

The festival programme includes talks, workshops and business events for professionals throughout the world related with the industry trends. All awarded films can be watched during the days of the festival and you can meet with those who have created or commissioned them.

There are 3 different competitions for you, TOURFILM | DOC | CORPORATE.

Worldwide entries are invited:
Advertising, Promotion Films, Animation, Corporate Communications, Documentaries, Webdocs, Video Travel Bloguers (Vlogs) TV & Web TV plus sub-categories . .

Awards

    The international jury is composed of professionals and experts in the areas of Audiovisual and Cinema, Tourism and Marketing and Communication. In the National Competition, the jury awards prizes (1st and 2nd place) to the 2 best films in each thematic category, also awards the prize for the best film in each Portuguese tourist region and the Grand Prix (best Portuguese film). In the International Competition the Jury assigns the prizes in the thematic categories (1st and 2nd place) of the TOURFILM Section. In sections DOC and CORPORATE the jury will award the best of the series of films presented in the available themes.
    In the world competition of the Festival the Jury will also award the following prizes:
    1 Grand Prix ART & TUR (Best Film of the Festival)
    3 Grand Prix Sections (best movie in each section)
    2 technical awards: Best Animated Film and Best Documentary in the Timalapse Technique
    5 special awards: Best Asian Film, Best Ibero-American Film, Best European Film, Best Portuguese DOC and Best Advertising Campaign.
    The films that compete in the Festival terres and in the Festival ART & TUR 2017 will compete automatically for the prize IBERIA (best film of the Iberian Peninsula).
    The jury may award special prizes. Winners who can not attend the festival in Vila Nova de Gaia and wish to receive their trophy after the festival can do so, they must inform the organization and make a payment of 40 € for the processing costs and pay the respective shipping costs.

    The Rules and Regulations are issued in Portuguese, Spanish and in English. In case of doubt the Portuguese version will be valid.
    Please fill in the entry form very carefully. These details provided will be used for certificates and other festival listings. Once the entry form has been submitted, any changes are not possible.
    ART&TUR - International Tourism Film Festival, has an annual occurrence, on dates set year after year, in October, is organized by APTUR – Associação Portuguesa de Turismologia and with the official support of the Municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.
